Weeks 5+6 - FOCUS YOUR ATTENTION: Biggest Struggles.

  • Discovering the biggest struggles for the individual- stress/emotional eating, binge eating, eating disorders, restriction etc. 

  • Diet mentality and how to break up with dieting for good- Issues and concerns that arise with shifting the mindset. 

  • Intuitive eating and movement- what is it and how can we use it to our advantage? 

Weeks 7+8 - FIERCE ACTION: DItching dieting for good.

  • Prioritising feeling good/daily healthy habits. 

  • Goal setting and pursuing health without the diet mentality.

Weeks 9+10 - ALIGNMENT: Who are you without dieting?  

  •  Body image and body neutrality.

  • Positive body image and how to build your self-healing toolkit.

Weeks 11+12 - FREEDOM: Rediscovery of Self!  

  • Revisit triggers and coping strategies

  • Build your self-healing toolkit and level up your self-care.
